Escape the city and experience one of the most beloved parts of Finnish culture: a day at a traditional summer cottage by the Baltic Sea.

Our cottage experiences have been a real highlight of summer 2026, giving our guests the chance to slow down and enjoy Finland the way locals do – surrounded by peaceful nature, fresh sea air and beautiful coastal scenery.

For summer 2027, the experience is getting even better. We are introducing exciting new upgrades and possibilities at the cottage, while keeping everything that makes the experience special: privacy, authenticity and a relaxed Finnish atmosphere.

Your private host will pick you up directly from your accommodation in Helsinki and take you on a scenic drive to the cottage. Once there, the day can be shaped around you. Explore the surrounding nature, enjoy a Finnish-style lunch or dinner, take a rowing boat out on the water, relax in a traditional wood-burning sauna and – if you're feeling brave – take a refreshing swim in the Baltic Sea.

There is no need to rush. This is Finnish summer at its best.

16.30 - 17.20 Return to Helsinki and drop-off at your preferred location
